These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can visit our website, and order and buy goods through our online delivery service.

How To Make a Purchase:-
Browse through our Footwear Collections and select the items you wish to purchase by adding them to your shopping basket.
Once you have completed your selection click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that are required to process your order.
We accept the following major credit and debit cards:- Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit, Switch, Solo Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, VPay, JCB, Diners,  Amex.
 
Shipping & Handling:-
Postage & Packaging Costs for deliveries within the U.K. are £4.50

• We do deliver overseas, however, delivery charges vary, details at Checkout. If your country is not listed then unfortunately we are unable to deliver there. Please ensure the correct country is selected or your order may be cancelled.

Our normal dispatch period is 2 working days, ( weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days), using Royal Mail. We will endeavour to meet your requirements but this may not always be possible. UK orders should be received within a maximum of 10 working days.  Any UK claims for lost goods will not be entered into until after 11 working days from dispatch.  European orders should be received within a maximum of 20 working days.  Any European claims for lost goods will not be entered into until after 20 working days from dispatch.  For the rest of the world orders should be received within a maximum of 25 working days, and claims will not be entered into until after 25 working days from dispatch.  We do not pay the postage costs of returns.

Please note that we endeavour to check that the quality of all orders shipped meet the high standards that our customers expect.
 
Delivery Schedule:-
On receipt of your order and payment clearance we will dispatch your goods as described above. Once goods have been dispatched we will advise you by email.
If your chosen goods are out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email.
If we cannot meet your requirements we will credit your method of payment.
In the case of orders greater than 1 pair of shoes goods may be dispatched at different times.


Delivery Policy:-
Delivery will only be made to the cardholder’s registered address or the cardholder’s place of work, which may need to be verified before dispatch. We will not, under any circumstances, dispatch to any other address.

Please note that for any items that are returned to us by Royal Mail as uncollected from their sorting office, we will not refund the delivery charge.  We will contact the customer for a further delivery charge before we dispatch it a second time.
If you are paying with a debit or credit card, your first order with us needs to be delivered to your billing address or your place of work with a verified land-line number, to prevent fraud against your card. However, if you use PayPal or Google Checkout to pay for your products, these payment services conduct their own fraud checks, and so you may be able to use an alternative address, however this is not guaranteed.
 
Tax Charges:-
The price is inclusive of any payable V.A.T. in the U.K.
 
Warranties:-
You warrant that the information entered onto the Order Form is true.
Where we sell to you under a consumer transaction (as defined by the Consumer Transactions (Restrictions on Statements) Order 1976) your statutory rights are not affected by this agreement.

Right to cancel this agreement

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have fourteen working days starting when goods are received (the ‘cooling-off period’) in which to cancel this agreement, if for any reason you are not happy with the goods that have been delivered.

If you wish to cancel this agreement, you must notify us, and return the goods that have been delivered to you. Goods are refunded as soon as possible.



How you can cancel this agreement

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order by emailing us or calling 01292 288738 (Monday– Friday 9.30am – 3pm)  Orders can only be cancelled before processing/dispatch has begun.

Once your order has been cancelled, any sum debited from your payment card by us will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible. If cancelled orders are erroneously delivered to you, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
 

Returns Policy:-

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging (eg box/bag).  We will refund the product price but unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred. 
Postage refunds under the Distance Selling Regulations are limited to services provided within the ordinary course of business. The right to cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations is not extended to any additional services provided, such as gift wrap and express/international delivery charges.

We reserve the right to impose a £5 charge (or otherwise where deemed appropriate) if the goods/box are returned in a condition that we deem unacceptable for re-sale. The box should not be defaced or damaged in any way.

Please ensure your name and address is clearly visible on the return form.
If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements.
We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

Import Duty

If you are purchasing from outside the UK your products may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.  You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.


Definition of Footwear Samples

Footwear Companies produce high quality samples to enable them to show Footwear Retailers their ranges for the following season. This allows these Companies to forward order up and coming styles and colours. Samples are mostly Women’s size 4/4.5 and Gent’s size7/8. Purchase of Sample Shoes does not affect your statutory rights.


Please note unless the description states otherwise our shoes are not waterproof.

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users and clients in accordance with worldwide practices for customer privacy and data protection. Size4footwear.com will not release your personal data to any third parties without your consent or as required by law.

We collect personal information from you through the use of enquiry and e-commerce forms and every time you e-mail us your details. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our web site.

We collect information about you for two reasons: Firstly, to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best possible service.

The only information that we collect, is that which has been submitted through our online order form and the general enquiry form.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the which? Web Trader Code.

You may receive periodic email newsletters from us. These newsletters contain information on new features and facilities of note at the web site. Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us directly.

Delivery:
Dispatch is 2 working days.  We send goods out by Royal Mail.

You can now return your order to us via Collect+. Simply click here to find your nearest Collect+ drop off location and print off your returns label online. Please be aware that we do not cover the cost of returning items to size4footwear.com

Returns Conditions
